The legal team covered topics including officer recertification and physical fitness, the agency certification initiative, draft standard on juvenile operations, and a proposed policy for the National Decertification Index, followed by a discussion of Robert Choquette’s application to voluntary relinquish his certification. An Executive Session followed.
