Executive Session – the Executive Director and General Counsel Screening Committee anticipates that it will meet in executive session in accordance with G.L.c.30A, §21(8) to discuss due diligence regarding the applicants for the position of Executive Director, as discussion at an open meeting may have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants. The public session of the Executive Director and General Counsel Screening Committee meeting will not reconvene at the conclusion of the executive session.
