Requesting changes to the records? Please use the disciplinary records change request form to streamline the process for reviewing corrections. POST will continue to review requests and will append the database on an ongoing basis.
Requesting removal of records? If you would like certain disciplinary records and complaints removed from your record, please use the disciplinary records removal request form. An individual who has served as, or has been certified as, a law enforcement officer to request that the Commission remove information concerning complaints and disciplinary matters against the individual from the public database maintained by the Commission pursuant to 555 CMR 8.06. In order to be considered, the applicant must not have been decertified pursuant to M.G.L. c. 6E, § 10.
